The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by the features described in our documentation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteTracker. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages based on errors, inaccuracies, or delays in market data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuoteTracker, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Investment decisions you make based on data from the Service

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@moneroi.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes amicably.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 60 days, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by:

• Notifying you through the extension (for material changes)

Your continued use of QuoteTracker after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you don't agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
